For Exhibitors

Fast Textile Exhibitor Profile

Fast Textile is a sourcing trade show for the apparel industry, held in Hall Ptak Expo in Rzgów near Łódź, in the heart of Poland’s textile region. On one side of the exhibition hall are suppliers of raw materials, components, machinery, and services. On the other side are sewing workshops, apparel manufacturers, in-house production brands, wholesalers, and retailers who arrive with a ready-made shopping list for the upcoming season.

If you’re wondering whether to set up a booth here, this page answers the questions every exhibitor asks before making a decision: who actually visits the booths, which of the eight sectors your company will be in, what the participation options are, how the registration process works, and what happens between signing the contract and opening day.

Do you have a product for the apparel industry? Reserve a booth

It takes just a few minutes to submit a request. We’ll send you a quote for the space and a list of available locations in the facility within one business day.

Buyer Profile

Who comes to your booth?

Fast Textile is an industry event, and admission is limited to companies that have registered for free. There are no casual visitors here, which is reflected in the nature of the conversations at the booths:

  • sewing shops and manufacturing facilities source raw materials and components for specific orders,
  • apparel brands with in-house production seek new suppliers and alternative sources of supply,
  • wholesalers and distributors are building their inventory for the coming months,
  • retailers and e-commerce businesses with their own brands are finalizing their orders: fabric, trims, labels, and packaging,
  • workwear, promotional, and sportswear companies are purchasing based on technical specifications,
  • designers, production engineers, and quality control departments are evaluating technical parameters and manufacturing solutions.

For exhibitors, this means one thing: every conversation has the potential to result in a request for a quote. Prepare two versions of your offer—one for smaller-quantity stock purchases and one for mass production with a minimum order quantity—because these are two different types of conversations and two different price lists.

Forms of Participation

How much does a booth cost, and what does it include?

Four participation options, ranging from a basic plan to a partnership package.

01

Undeveloped land

Space in the hall for custom booth construction. An option for companies that have a ready-made exhibition system and want full control over their booth design.

02

Standard-configuration booth

A space with pre-built structures and basic amenities. The fastest way to set up for the trade show: you bring your product; we’ll take care of the rest.

03

Starter Pack

A smaller booth for first-time exhibitors who want to gauge the response to their offerings before planning a larger display.

04

Partnership and Sponsorship Package

Off-booth presence: promotional materials in the hall, a package in the trade show communications, and visibility in the conference program. The scope is determined on a case-by-case basis.

The price of a booth is calculated per square meter and depends on the size, the number of open sides, the location within the hall, and the date of registration. The earlier you register, the lower the rate and the greater your choice of location. The sales team will prepare a customized quote within one business day of your inquiry.

Application Process

How to Become a Fast Textile Exhibitor

Five steps. Your booth attendant will take care of the rest.

  1. 1

    Registration

You fill out a form with your company profile and approximate square footage. Based on this information, we select the sector and location within the warehouse.

  2. 2

    Pricing and Reservation

You'll receive a quote listing available locations and the rate per meter. The reservation is valid upon confirmation, and the hall layout is filled starting from the entrance.

  3. 3

    Contract and Formalities

You sign the contract and receive a set of documents: the rules and regulations, the venue’s technical specifications, and the schedule for additional registrations.

  4. 4

    Booth Setup and Catalog

You order your booth and utilities, submit your listing to the exhibitor directory, and invite your customers to use their free admission tickets.

  5. 5

    Installation and Trade Shows

Setup takes place in the days leading up to the opening, according to the schedule provided to exhibitors. The booth is yours for the three days of the fair.

At every stage, you have one point of contact on the organizer's side. That person is responsible for the venue, setup, and paperwork.

Questions from exhibitors

Frequently Asked Questions Before Submitting a Report

If you can't find the answer here, please contact us. We'll respond within one business day.

  • How much does a booth cost at the Fast Textile trade show?
The price is calculated per square meter and depends on the floor area, the number of open sides, the location within the hall, and the date of registration. Early registration results in a lower rate. The sales team prepares a customized quote within one business day of being contacted.
  • When is the best time to register?
As early as possible. Booth locations are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis within each sector, so registering early means a better spot and a more favorable rate—not just a smoother setup process.
  • What does the reserved space include?
The scope depends on the type of participation. Undeveloped space refers to the floor area available for your own construction, while a standard booth includes the structure and basic equipment. You can find the detailed scope of each option in the exhibitor guide.
  • Can I bring my own trailer?
Yes. For custom booths, you must submit a design and obtain approval before the trade show. You can find the technical specifications for the hall and the submission deadlines in the exhibitor documents.
  • How do I sign up for electricity, internet, and additional equipment?
Media and additional equipment must be ordered separately by the deadline specified in the exhibitor schedule. Late orders may incur an additional fee, so it’s a good idea to calculate your needs in advance.
  • Is the entry in the exhibitor directory included in the price?
A directory listing is a standard part of participation. The directory is available online year-round, so it’s worth treating your company description as a business card rather than a mere formality.
  • Can I invite my clients to the trade show?
Yes, exhibitors receive a set of free invitations for their business partners. This is the most cost-effective way to turn the trade show into a series of scheduled meetings, rather than waiting for walk-in visitors.
  • What is the process for setting up and taking down a booth?
Setup takes place in the days leading up to the opening, and takedown occurs after the fair closes on the last day, in accordance with the schedule provided to exhibitors before the fair.
  • Where is the trade show being held, and how do I get there?
Fast Textile takes place in Hall Ptak Expo at the PTAK Wholesale Center in Rzgów, near Łódź, at the intersection of the S8 and S14 highways. Free parking is available for exhibitors and visitors.
